The Flower Drum is a Sydney-based styling and creative studio partnering with brands and individuals to define, design and bring concepts to life.

Led by founder and creative director Holly, the studio is known for a generously abundant aesthetic — creating environments that balance timelessness, sophistication and a sense of fun. With over 15 years of experience, Holly brings a stylist’s eye to every project, considering colour, texture, scale and atmosphere from the very beginning.

The Flower Drum has collaborated with international brands including Jean Paul Gaultier and Volkswagen, alongside leading Australian companies such as Westpac Bank and Lendlease, as well as a diverse portfolio of private and celebrity clients. Holly is also a preferred supplier to some of Sydney’s most iconic venues, including the Sydney Opera House, where her expertise is frequently sought for events and special projects.

While florals are a signature element of The Flower Drum’s work, they are approached as part of a broader styling framework — layered alongside furniture, linens, lighting and objects to create cohesive, immersive spaces. From brand activations and editorial shoots to private events and concept-led weddings, each project is collaborative, tailored and intentionally designed.

Based out of a creative studio on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Holly works across Australia and travels frequently for events, brand activations, weddings and photoshoots.
